This includes:

On Wednesday the 4^th of May:

• Shuttle from railway station to the Floréal congress centre
• Possibility to join 4 industry sessions
• Entrance ticket to a ‘bubbling’ opening reception at the Pier

On Thursday the 5^th of May:

• Welcome coffee / tea / orange juice / vienoiserie
• Congress fee
• 2 coffee/tea breaks
• 2 course warm lunch with wine, waters and after lunch coffee or tea

 

On Friday the 6^th of May:

• Welcome coffee / tea / orange juice / vienoiserie
• Congress fee
• 2 coffee/tea breaks
• 2 course warm lunch with wine, waters and after lunch coffee or tea

 

On Saturday the 7^th of May

• Goodbye bubbles

Non included:

• Social program on Thursday evening:
  • visit to Bruges: transport / guide
  • or visit to Flanders fields and the last post in Ypres
• Social program on Friday evening:
  • congress dinner
  • dancing neuroparty with DJ and/or live music
• Post-congress tour to Ghent and Brussels on satuday and sunday (possibility to be dropped at the Brussels airport on Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon)
